Your head, especially the brain is a very important part of you body, and you should take precautions not to receive any head injuries. If you have indeed received an injury to the head via an accident or by other means, please read this article which provides information about the symptoms common with brain injury and mental health.

Common symptoms are:

Headaches
Common signs of brain injury include Headaches. You might have pain in the temples or forehead, or even in the back of the head. There might even be moments of very sharp pain in the head , like a pin or needle being stuck inside. It can sometimes last a few seconds or minutes.

Memory Issues
Memory problems are also signs of brain injury. Your memory might seem worsen, you might seem to forget what people have told you 15 to 45 minutes ago or in recent conversations. You might even even find yourself asking the same question over and over, as well as have difficulty remembering what you recently read or saw.

Finding words
Finding words is also a common symptom, where might have trouble coming up with the right word, for example, you might know the word that you want to say, it would be on the tip of your tongue, but can’t seem to say it.

Mental & Physical Fatigue
Fatigue is another sympptom, sometimes you get tired more easily and it doesn't matter if it's mental or physical fatigue, or both. Fatigue may worsens in very emotional situations or every time you think.

Emotion Changes
You might have frequent changes in emotion, like getting depressed, irritated or angered easily.

Sleeping Problems
Sleeping problems also occur as a brain injury symptoms. You might find yourself waking up early and not beng able to get back to sleep.

Impulsiveness
You might find yourself making poor decisions and saying things without thinking that may hurt others feelings or not make any sense. This is called impulsiveness.

Concentration and Organization
Having difficulty not staying focused on what you are doing and concentrating and is common as well as organizational skills, you might have difficulty getting organized or completing tasks and can easily be distracted.

These are some of the many symptoms and indicators of head or brain injury. It is important you take notes of these symptoms and try your best not to get an injury to your head. You mind controls the body and all the functions that it does. Your mental health is important, take good care of it.
