This time I will actually list a food chart listing different types of Acid and Alkaline foods. You can used this chart to compare it with your current diet and create your own Alkaline diet strategy. This chart provides information that shows the contribution of various food substances to the acidifying of body fluids, and ultimately, to the urine, saliva, and blood. In general, it is important to eat a diet that contains foods from both sides of the chart. For most, the ideal diet is 75% alkaline foods and 25% acidic foods by volume.. ALKALIZING FOODS Most fruits and vegetables are Alkaline foods. They are located at the nearest market or store. Use the list below and start eating Alkaline. It gives people renewed vigor, mental clarity, better over-all health, and a lean trim body. By using this chart you can keep a record of Acid and Alkaline foods, and you can even ad to the current chart and keep your own database.
